The pilots are well trained and experienced and they are ready to assist you during your flight as you will be accompanied by one of them.\n\nAccompanied by an instructor you will be start running for a few steps and at a point you will find yourself up in the air gliding. The flight has an approximate duration of 15 to 30 minutes. It has to be noted that the flight duration is subject to the weather conditions and the wind intensity of each day. During your time on the air you will be feeling like flying.\n\nFree minded and worry less you will get the chance to observe and admire some stunning and breath-taking views over Pamukkale’s most famous attractions. Awesome - Super efficient/competent operation. Soaring over Pamukkale is an amazing experience! Pictures cost extra, but they give you *a lot* and are well worth the money.

Try paragliding - My mom said she wanted to try it, so I made a reservation, but I almost regret it if I didn't ride it. If you want to experience something new in Pamukkale, I recommend paragliding.

Amazing Experience! - I took the Paragliding tour with this company on Saturday, March 9, 2024. From the start, they have been very professional and organized with great communication through WhatsApp. My coordinator Mete has been very prompt and responsive.
The pick up was on time, they even accommodated my mother who only wanted to watch me glide, but did not participate.
Once picked up, they took us to the site where many pilots and tourists were present. I was prepared and geared up by my pilot (sadly I didnt catch his name). I was a bit nervous but before I realised, I was flying!! I enjoyed every second, with terrific views and was very comfortable. My pilot pointed out the Hieropolis and the travertines on the ground! I was beyond amazed. Once we landed, at a different site, I was welcomed with hot coffee and the bus driver reunited me with my mother. My pilot spoke fluent English and delivered on time clear instructions while taking off and landing, handled the GoPro and took great photos and videos of me while I experienced what I say is my best part of our trip to Turkey (Istanbul and Pamukkale). The photos and videos cost extra but bery reasonably priced, given the experience is priceless!! My pilot transferred them to my phone in just a few minutes and I have not stopped checking them since 😊
Once the trip ended, we were dropped off at our hotel where we were picked up from.
I wish I could give them a 5000 stars as review. If you want to add stars to your trip to Pamukkale, do contact Mete for a lifetime experience of paragliding. 12 out of 10 would not only recommend but also do it again, in a heartbeat.

Slow response - I was worried that the weather was uncertain, so I waited at the pickup location, but they didn't come.
If they didn't come after 15 minutes, I was told to contact the number listed, so I contacted them by WhatsApp and they said it was canceled due to bad weather.
I mean, if that's the case, they would normally contact me before the reservation time, right? Why didn't they contact me even after the reservation time? It's not professional, and I get the impression that they don't care about their customers.
Even though Pamukkale was a day trip, it messed up the schedule and the wasted waiting time reduced my precious stay time.
They refunded me immediately and apologized, but I think their slow response is not good. They know that the weather is unavoidable. They should have at least contacted the customer before the reservation time.
It's cheap, so...
I also made a reservation in advance because I wanted to see the sunrise, but for some reason they sent me an email the day before saying that the flight was scheduled for 12 noon.
I thought daytime was a bit tricky
The night bus & minibus I used to come to Pamukkale also arranged activity reservations, so I booked a sunrise flight there on a whim. When I negotiated the price, I told them I had booked a 3,000 yen daytime flight with Triad, and they lowered the price so I got a sunrise flight for 3,500 yen.
I'm really glad I flew on a whim.
I was actually supposed to fly twice though.
This Triad reservation was a waste, but it did give me a reason to lower the price when booking another sunrise flight lol
