Kusadasi - Pamukkale good trip - Eren was a great guide, gave nice explanations and insight to turkey’s history. The trip was good too, took around 3h from Kusadasi.

Amazing tour. - Wonderful trip! The sights are fabulous, also well chosen stops on the way. Our guide, Mehmet, was a living encyclopedia, with a radiant humour sense as a bonus. We got enriched by the end of the day. I highly reccomend

Terrible communication/service-cancelled tour-no notification! - I booked this tour to Pammukkale & Hierapolis with EOS Travel via Viator and they canceled on me last minute the morning of the tour and did not notify me at all. I stood outside the port not knowing where my guide or pickup was since that was not communicated clearly on the booking. It only had a range of 630am-830am for pickup at the port. Even when I called, the Viator rep said they would be there and the tour would start at 9am. When I called, they said it was canceled due to "having a light scheduling/not enough people." Then when I called again to confirm, they said it was cause there was not enough space for me. Then why was the tour available for me to book?! This completely screwed up my plans and limited time from my cruise port day and Pammukale thermal hot springs was what I really wanted to see. I thought about hiring a taxi to go and the guy said he wouldn't suggest it. I found out later you could get a taxi or private driver for an affordable price in Turkey and the ship didn't even leave till 11pm when they had us come back at 730pm! Viator also did not communicate with me at all. Nothing on cancellations although the tour company said they'd refund me. I don't have confirmation of this at all. Viator was supposedly acquired by TripAdvisor and I feel they've always pushed sales but service and tour knowledge is completely lacking. I don't want to use them again and wouldn't recommend. Get your Guide may have better options for tours.
