• The camera used for Video and Photos may fail with a low probability probability. It happens sometimes, electronic devices are never 100% reliable. The problem with the camera is solved and the flight is repeated.
• For your safety, our pilots and the aviation federation may decide to cancel your flight due to weather conditions or if the wind is too strong. We always prioritize safety. Please do not feel sorry that you cannot fly. On the contrary, you should thank us for that.
• The price you pay includes everything. There will be no extra price. (Shuttle Service, Hill Entrance Fee, Paragliding and Video)
• We tend to take a lot of photos and videos to get the best photos we can. Please note that photos and videos are an integral part of your experience given the spectacular views.
• We attach great importance to communication. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
• If your flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you will definitely be refunded. Your money will be refunded. If you consider that there is a delay in the refund. We want you to know that this is not a situation related to our company. All banking refunds usually take a week or 2 weeks.
• The flight duration will be between 10 and 15 minutes depending on weather conditions. The whole event usually takes between 1 to 1 and a half hours.
