The mountain bike tour begins in Panajachel, where participants can enjoy a boat ride when the waters are calm. The guided bike tour takes riders along trails through coffee plantations, local farms, and family-run corn and vegetable plantations. Along the way, participants will meet Cackchikel, Tzutujiles, and Mayan residents, observing their daily activities, craft-making, and traditional farming methods that have been preserved over time.

Participants will be fitted with a bike and helmet before boarding a boat to Tzununa, one of the most secluded Mayan villages. The bike ride will pass through San Marcos, San Pablo, San Juan, and San Pedro. The journey begins with a 5-kilometer dirt road to San Marcos, followed by a paved road to San Pablo, with a stop at Crystalline Beach for swimming or enjoying the scenery. The tour continues to San Juan, where optional visits to weaving cooperatives, coffee plantations, and art galleries are available. The ride concludes in San Pedro, and participants will return to Panajachel by boat. The entire trip lasts 5 hours, including 4 hours of cycling and one hour of round-trip boating.
