As an American traveler, I was spellbound by the rich tapestry of history and culture that unfolded before my eyes. Walking through the charming streets of Goa felt like stepping into a living museum, where every building whispered stories of bygone eras. From majestic churches to quaint colonial houses, each stop on the itinerary was a treasure trove waiting to be discovered. Ideally one should do it in the evening around 5 pm, this will set the mood right for all that one has to see through this trail. Best place in Goa - Fountainhas heritage hunt in Goa is the best way to explore Goa's latin quarter. I visited Goa for the very first time and enjoyed a lot. I would recommend Adventure Clues you are in Goa.

Unique, fun experience - This is a super fun activity in the form of a treasure hunt through Fontainhas. It covers most of the main attractions, and takes you through the small, winding lanes of the Latin Quarter, where each building is a tourist attraction in itself. It's not timed, so you can take your own sweet time figuring out clues and exploring each stop. The clues aren't particularly difficult to crack either, and you get useful info and trivia about each place on the trail. There are very few experiences of this sort in India, so this is a must do if you're the type who likes quirky, offbeat experiences. Drawbacks: 12 clues is too long. It tends to feel a little repetitive after about the 8th clue. Some of the clues are imprecise/misleading. For ex: the wording of the clue may suggest you look for a building/landmark in front of you, but that buliding/landmark is actually somewhere behind. You end up wasting a lot of time/energy going in the wrong direction and doubling back. These are very minor flaws though. Fontainhas is just plain gorgeous, and this is one of the best ways of exploring it😊
