Once we depart from the Hotel/Harbour, our day begins with a visit to Goa’s current capital. We walk through the city’s old Latin quarter and take photos at the main church in Panjim. Our journey continues to Goa’s former capital, a location distinguished as a world heritage site by UNESCO. It’s marked by the presence of Catholic Churches, notably the Basilica Of Bom Jesus and Sé Cathedral.
We then proceed to explore a traditional Goan Hindu Temple. Subsequent to the temple exploration, we visit a Goan spice plantation where we learn about the variety of spices and herbs that are native to Goa, as well as their medicinal applications in treating different health issues. Following the spice tour, we indulge in a traditional Goan Hindu buffet lunch and take some time to unwind.
