USA Family of 4 - Good time, do it, Bring a Swim Suit - amazing, bring a swim suit and Swim under the Falls, yes do it! The walk over rocks to the falls is not easy, bring Crocs or good hiking shoes that can get wet.

Dudhsagar Falls - The jeep safaris were still not open. We walked. It took ages (22 km) and lot of sweat, but was worth it. There is a refreshment place along the path

Great waterfall - Great view of a big waterfall , excellent view. Jeep travel to the waterfall is not so great. The road to waterfall needs an upgrade

Below expectations - The waterfall was lovely, plenty of time allowed to either swim or sit and reflect. And met some lovely people. Lunch was nice and well organized. The guide only spoke to the group in Indian dialect so I never knew what was happening. There is alot of waiting around after events as the bus driver kept disappearing. New tour of old Goa and didn't see a spice plantation. The spice tour was in a demo garden fir 20 minutes, guide was good, but the tour said we would see as spice plantation. Wouldn't recommend this tour

It’s a bumpy ride!! The bus & the jeeps!! - The coach was late after getting up at 5am.. The trip was an enjoyable day and although it was long, we didn’t have enough time in the locations to really enjoy them, it felt rushed. The lunch was tasty & nobody was poorly from it. We didn’t get to see a Goan village as the trip description says.

Not worth the time or money. - My experience was not a good one. First of all, the bus we were in was an older bus compared to other buses owned and operated by Fernandes Tours we saw during the day who were on same tour as us. Secondly, the boat ride in crocodile river took much longer than promised 30 minutes due to an operational issue - the boat first didn't start easily but then stopped twice during the ride. As a result, the ride did not end until 2:30 PM leaving only 30 minutes for activities and lunch (we were told before reaching spice plantation that the bus would depart back at 3 PM). We had 4 activities purchased before reaching the spice plantation (Nandanvan) costing approx. 1,200 rupees. Earlier, we were told that the bus would leave at 3 PM sharp, hence, to ensure that we eat timely and make it to the bus before departure, we requested the staff at Nandanvan for a refund. They were uncooperative and refused the refund and asked us to talk to the tour guide. I couldn't find the tour guide at the plantation and to avoid wasting time further, we ate food. When we eventually met the tour guide [after returning his missed call (from 2:49 PM) at 2:51 PM], he said we have until 3:40 PM and that we could do the activities afterwards but no refund would be issued. I wish he had informed us that earlier because we had finished food by then and it was not possible to do activities like giant swing or zip lining (which had longer wait time) with a child in the group. To avoid any arguments, we chose to keep quite and let the money go waste. It would have been better for either plantation or the tour guide to give us the refund for activities we didn't do and missed without our mistske. Coming back to the tour itself, I personally do not think making a day trip to Dudhsagar including a 50 minutes jeep ride on an unpaved dirt road and then round trip walk to the waterfall from drop off point is worth it becuase there are not roads and you have to walk over uneven stones. It was tiring and would be difficult for someone who has body pain issues or have younger kids. The food at the plantation had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options but the taste was just okay and the tour of plantation was not included. Nevertheless, I would not recommend doing this day trip.

Lovely trip but not enough time at falls - This would have been a good trip but the tour guide only spoke to the Indians in their language and then we were quickly shuffled through with minimal direction. When we got to the falls we waited about 15 minutes for our jeep, it then took 45 minutes on a very bumpy road to arrive. Once you leave your jeep it takes 30 minutes to get to the waterfall and swimming pool below it and it’s very busy so by the time you change you literally have 10 minutes to swim as you only get 90 minutes there 🙈🙈 you have travelled in total 3 hrs 15 minutes for that !! It is beautiful but really !!! The Spice Plantation is brilliant ( you need your insect repellent though) but very interesting. They didn’t even stop in old Goa as it said in the intinerey !!!

Don’t use Viator/Tripadvisor in India - Never book through Viator when in India ; the partner vendors they work with are cheaters. We had our booking to be picked up at 630 am and they claim they called us at 6:21 am and us not responding they left without us . We paid a premium cost for this trip of $80.00 and is not being refunded . The vendor partner get paid more by their local Partners looks like so they find ways to dupe you when booked through Viator . Goa town in India is very expensive and have to depend on these cheat vendors
