Perfect tour to get to know the city! - Fantastic and splendid trip! I'm so happy to have found this trip and tour. Our tour guide was so involved and knew the city in&out! He had amazing anecdotes to all stories and points we visited. You end on the back roads of the Panama canal, that without a local, you cannot visit! If you like more history and emersion into culture, this is the trip for you! Have a good stamina for bike riding, but it's great! 😊

Great Experience - This tour was phenomenal; Johnathan is very knowledgeable and took us through incredible areas. The ability to see the contrast in different areas on a bike tour is always good, and this tour maximized it. There was a great mix of history, facts, and personal experience given. The earpiece was a great addition as well, allowing you to listen to what he is saying as you ride.

soul in panama city - mr. alexander is perhaps the best bike tour guide ive ever had. im not a huge fan of the cookie cutter fake facaded images a lot of tourist destinations tend to veil you with, and this bike ride was just what I needed. I will try to sum it up quickly, 4 people signed up for the ride, only my partner and I showed up, so we got this amazing, catered for us, personal experience. I think we rode about 12-15 miles, and the whole time Mr. Alexander is guiding you letting you know everything about the city there is to know. and he took us through some places that would be less than comfortable if you were to venture there without a local, and I was so grateful for that, to see the real side of panama city, and not only the history of the smoke and mirrors, but the physical presence. it made me fall in love with the city, because every place that has undergone so much change and suffering, has and equal amount of soul and beauty to show for it.

An unforgettable Bike Experience through the History of Panama! - I had the pleasure of participating in an incredible 19 km bike tour of various neighborhoods of Panama, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the beginning, they provided us with the bikes, helmets, and headphones that allowed us to hear the Guide clearly and continuously throughout the tour. It felt like going for a walk listening to an immersive podcast. The tour covered an impressive variety of historical and cultural sites, starting with the Old Town, an area full of charm and rich in history. Then, we explore Santa Ana, Avenida Central and Cerro Ancón, each with its own fascinating narrative. The Guide gave us interesting and in-depth details about each site. We pass through the Administration Building, the Bridge of the Americas, the Balboa Quarter and the Amador Quarter, each with its own role in the evolution of Panama. Coastal Ribbon Three offered spectacular panoramic views, and the tour concluded in El Chorrillo, a vibrant neighborhood with its own unique history. Our understanding of Panama’s history grew richer at every stop. The combination of exercise, education and the opportunity to see the city from a different perspective made this tour a truly unique and memorable experience. Jonathan and Maria know too much about the whole route and took care of the safety of the group at all times. I highly recommend this bike tour to anyone who wants to know more about Panama’s rich history in an active and fun way. An experience not to miss!

Exciting tour through the history and places of Panama City - It was a very exciting bike ride. Our friendly guide, who grew up here himself, was able to tell exciting things first-hand and you get very close to the history of Panama and that of the canal. It is highly recommended for anyone who likes to ride a bike and does not like to see the typical tourist attractions. You get to know the good and maybe not so good sides of Panama City and get in touch with its friendly residents. I would do this tour again immediately.

The real Panamá City - Without a doubt the best tour to know the other side of Panama City, not a typical city tour. Jonathan is from the city and shows his love for it, as we go on the tour he tells us his memories, anecdotes and facts of interest. I loved to tour the non-tourist neighborhoods and so beautiful and green, it is certainly a unique adventure, the city for a moment becomes a small jungle and is full of history and avant-garde. Believe me it's worth happiness every minute!

101% recommended! - The tour was amazing! For about three hours we discovered casco viejo, the panama canal zone and much more. Jonathan was a great guide and showed us non touristic areas where he grew up and provided us with so much history and knowledge. I highly recommend this tour at the beginning of your stay, because you will be provided with so many tips where to go and you will regret if you're running out of time!
