Update on no one cares!.. This tour is a must do! - Update on my previous "No one cares review" I decided this tour had too many good reviews to allow one bad incident to change my mind about not having the experience! The operator was sick and reached out to me late by that time I'd cancelled and gotten a full refund. However I went to the Nome Chocolate site and sent a whats app message. I found out they were doing a tour on Sunday 20th October at 4:30. I took a UBER from the hotel and showed up to meet that time. My 11-year-old really wanted to have this experience and she did have it, an enjoyable one at the that! This tour is a must do!!! We enjoyed the tour the presenter, the facility and the history of Chocolate making in Panama. We made our own Chocolate and the atmosphere is comfortable. After the tour/presentation we shopped at a souvenir store at Casco Viejo. The chocolate company is located there. I give this tour 10 out of 10. Loved, loved , loved it

Perfect Last Evening in Panama – A Delicious and Fun Experience in Casco Viejo! - My Dad and I absolutely loved this tour — the perfect way to spend our last evening in Panama! Our instructor was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. We enjoyed learning how to make chocolate and tasting all the delicious varieties. The chocolate was so good, we bought extra to take home! We can’t wait to come back and see how Nomé Chocolate grows and expands — truly a hidden gem in the Casco Viejo (Old Town) area of Panama. Plus, the staff even recommended a great local restaurant nearby in the square to top off the night!

No one cares - The operator sent a mess this morning no details to contact them back. They cancelled our tour and wanted to know if can do it tomorrow 18th October. We can't respond. They did not mention they would refund my USD 70.00 paid. I go the name or the operator Nome Chocolate I have sent a WhatsApp message. (From 2pm Oct 17th until 12:12am) no response Viator had marked the tour as completed. We did not even get.a chance to go. Dissapointed, and feeling ripped off. No.rewpect.or.commin courtesy!!! I would love my full refund.
