- 4770 Co Rd 2321 - I will provide hula hoops. We’ll start by warming up with some stretching and hoop movements. Next, we’ll do yoga balancing with the hoop. We’ll cover basic hooping techniques and practice keeping the hoop spinning even if it starts to fall. We’ll learn off-body tricks one at a time and practice transitioning between them. We’ll…

The focus is not on hula hooping itself but on using the hoop as a yoga prop. Expect lots of laughter and play as we enjoy a fantastic workout together.
