Amazing Glow Team! - If you're in Panama city you have to give this place a try. The staff was super friendly and treated us as if we were their close friends. The experience was such a great time. I have hardly kayaked before but the staff did an excellent job showing me how to. They also made me feel super comfortable out on the water at night.

Fun Glow Boats, be mindful of the weather conditions when booking - Great time and they were flexible with the weather, offering to refund as the water was rough. Went with a 3 and 5 year old who rode in the back of the kayak and did fine. Sunset was beautiful. Good value to cost ratio. The way they have made the kayaks to "glow" makes them sit very low and if there is any wind or chop, you'll be taking on water. The lagoon is shallow so not a problem. Only complaint, going to that shallow water, is one of our group got out (he's 6'7") to swim alongside the kayak and guide it back to shore as the wind kicked up. The owner came running out of the office to yell at him and go grab the kayak. Quite a bit over the top since he had been doing it the whole time and I guess the owner didnt notice earlier. Also the VERY brief safety talk ahead of time said nothing about not getting out of the kayak. Understand his policy, but poorly communicated and enforced. That aside... it was a lot of fun and good value.

good for kayak experience but not good for seeing sea life - It was Good and team was very helpful and amazing. The boat is good but we didnt see any fishes or sealife. Overall i will give 3 out of 5 for kayak experience but no points for seeing sealife

Disappointed - We got there an hour early and checked in for 4 kayaks, I booked several weeks in advance. Well, when it was time to board the boats the girl tells us that some of the neon lights weren’t working and everyone wasn’t going to be able to go! I asked , well why didn’t you advise us at check in or those who checked in after us and let those who checked in first have the ones that work. Her response was.. there’s only 2 of us working and I don’t have time to handle that. So, we had to basically race against others to get a kayak and some of our group was left out! We did get a refund for those who didn’t get to ride, but this fiasco ruined the whole experience for me. If what you offer is glow kayaking then why wouldn’t you make sure your equipment is always in working order?
