For the price of the nightglow kayaking, I expected more. Staff was nice and helpful.

7:30 we didn't see many fishes or crabs. There was no tour guide w/ us in the water.

When we arrived there was no one at Bayside rentals. We waited an hour to see if someone would show up. I called the number multiple times and left voicemails with no response. I emailed your company with no response and I was charged $260 for an adventure that we did not get to do. Horrible customer service.
