795W+FX Lynn Haven - A minimum of (2) two individuals is required to commence the session. Hula hoops will be provided by me. The session will begin with some stretching exercises to loosen up, followed by engaging in hoop movements. We’ll incorporate yoga poses to enhance balance with the hoop. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of hooping, including techniques to keep the hoop aloft when it starts to fall. We’ll explore various off-body hoop tricks individually, then practice transitioning smoothly between them. We’ll go over everything we’ve learned. The spacious area allows for the joyful activity of tossing and catching hoops. The session is all about having a good time, sharing laughter, and not being overly critical of ourselves.

All are welcome, from couples to friends and groups, to this introductory hula hoop class. We’ll be using high-quality, beginner-friendly hoops. The class will start with basic hooping techniques practiced with entertaining music. We’ll slowly introduce off-body hoop tricks, with ample time given to master each one. Towards the end of the session, we’ll work on transitioning smoothly from one trick to another. We’ll round off the day with a fun hoop toss in the spacious surroundings. Expect a good mix of fun, laughter, and an effective workout as you play with the hoops.
