A highlight of a trip to Panama - David was on time, thoroughly prepared, knowledgeable & helpful in every way. Most importantly, he was flexible, which made the experience a complete success. The heat & humidity was extreme, & the biking was more challenging than we had done in years. David worked with the schedule, the route options,& the equipment to make everything doable. He could easily have cut the trip short, but instead made everything possible. We recommend this experience in every way.

Great Bike Tour! - Had an awesome time on this bike tour! David was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned so much about Panama’s history. The bike path was easy to navigate. I enjoyed seeing both Panama City and the Old Town. I also enjoyed stopping at a few churches along the way. I highly recommend trying this tour even if you’re not a regular biker!

Very worthwhile! - Very informative and we really enjoyed the day. Seeing the city by bike is a quick way to orientate yourself with the city and old town. If you come during the rainy season be prepared to get wet. However within an hour or so we were dry again and it all seemed to add to the experience. Make sure you eat at the local fish market as it is a unique experience. We had a great time and I highly recommend David.

Evening bike tour - Great information, and enjoyed the stops. Affordable no frills tour. David is very knowledgeable. Also appreciated his flexibility, after we arrived late. I Missed having a helmet but Stayed on bike/ walking trail for most of tour. Also bring your own water. Water is not included

Wonderful bike tour!!!! - We loved David as a guide!!! We had a delicious time and whenever we return to Panama we will repeat it! It was spectacular ! We recommend them 100%

Super Fun Bike Tour around Panama City!!! - We had such a great time on our bike tour! Perfect amount of time too. We got in a good workout for sure! I'd say you have to be in reasonable shape but you don't have to be a pro-biker though!

Excellent small group tour with informative host - Small group (there were only the two of us today) private tour with David. The bikes were excellent mountain bikes with wise tires and suspensions. The pace was excellent with plenty of time to explore churches, market places while David watched the bikes. There is an opportunity to buy water, etc. David gave a good history of Panama during the tour touching on culture and past politics, the economy, and, of course, the building of the canal. Overall, I highly recommend this tour, especially after passing long spread out strings of bicycles on the other tours.

David's tour is excellent - David is an excellent guide. We did not know if we arrived at the right place at first but after all that was sorted out he was excellent from start to finish. He's knowledgeable and even after the tour he was still helpful with Uber and restaurant recommendations

Cycling in Panamá-City - We made a nice biketour with a group of 7. First around the new city coastline and later continueing to the old city. The bikes were in a proper condition. Note: the meetingpoint is at the back of the building (this main building entrance is not marked very well).

Decent tour for cyclists - I always love a bike tour, and we covered some ground and learned about the city. However, this tour is best for people who are very comfortable on two wheels. I'm a road cyclist and I was lagging at times, and we wove and swerved between cars at one point in the old town.
