My best bachelorette party! - What a great time we had on this day trip! This was part of the planned bridal shower activities and I'm definitely on the receiving end of it! We enjoyed it a lot, my favorite part is the natural pool. Swimming in the open sea is incredible.

One of the best excursions I have ever done in my life. - Our tour guide was phenomenal! I travel alone and I felt very safe throughout the trip. The boat ride was absolutely stunning. Each island was incredibly beautiful and I felt like we spent enough time in each place. All the other travelers in my group were super friendly. I don't speak any Spanish and our tour guide spoke English; Some of the other travelers also helped translate when needed. I loved the hammocks on the second island and I loved the stop to explore all the starfish!

beautiful islands - We found this tour to be well organized from pick up to drop off. It is an early pickup but it is understandable since the Guna Yala area is far from Panama City. Our driver was very knowledgeable and good-natured. Beautiful islands! We enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this company. I hope to spend many more days exploring and having fun on the San Blas Islands.

A great adventure!! - The adventure was great and the boat trips to the different islands were fantastic. Despite the rough seas, the experienced staff made me feel safe. I usually hate water trips, but I would do it again. Each island is beautiful and I wish we could see more. Everything was well organized and the staff was friendly.

I have never seen water so blue - You have to try this once in your life! There were 10 people on the entire island! It is a great experience. We took a day trip to these islands recommended by the agency support staff and it worked very well traveling with small children. The islands looked like something out of a movie. I had never seen the water so blue and the sand so white. We snorkeled, saw starfish, and lay in hammocks over the water.

Everything we expected...and more! - Our 3 day stay was amazing! Service was excellent from pick up at our hotel in Panama City to our return. Germain and his staff were friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Our accommodations on Niadub were as described and the view from our cabin phenomenal. This was some of the best snorkeling we have done. Our trips to Dog Island, Pelican Island and natural pool were outings we did not realize were part of our stay. During our return to the dock, we stopped for a walking tour of a Guna community. The history and images are things we will not forget. Germain, thank you for making our visit one that we will never forget.

Great experience overall visiting Isla Yanis for 1 night! - My tour with Sea San Blas was really good. Pick up was right on time and the driver was really friendly with everyone! After collecting all the guests (5 in total) we hit the road. The latter part of the drive through the mountain can make you a bit car sick because there are a lot of bends in the road but the driver was very attentive and not speeding-I was glad to be the first one picked up and in the front seat! Once you arrive at the pier you may split up onto different boats and wait to find out which one is your boat because people have purchased different trips. I waited about 15-20 minutes at the 2nd pier location in the mangrove and then we were called to the boat. The boat driver was also very good and not speeding. We stopped at two islands so they could pick up food and then we carried on to Isla Yanis. Check-in here was a bit confusing because they have to deal with multiple people arriving at the same time. The lady said I owed $90 more when I had already paid the driver cash in full plus the deposit online. I explained this to them, showed them my email confirmation and then they showed me to my room without further hesitation. The room was basic but nice and clean with swept wooden floors and clean sheets-just as shown in the pictures! After settling in for about an hour we were served lunch. The food was really good (fish, rice, and salad or veggies for lunch). We then went on a tour after lunch to the sunken ship for snorkelling and the natural pool which was fun. You could also purchase food and drinks on this island. Afterwards, we returned to Isla Yanis and after an hour resting there it was about dinner time again (chicken or fish with rice and veggies-yes this can be repetitive but it is good as long as your not vegetarian). The night is nice and quiet with people playing board games or going to bed early. The power was on for lights and to charge your phone at the dining area until 10:00 pm-after that most people are asleep and it’s very tranquil. The sunset was ok-it was a bit cloudy. But the stars were beautiful. In the morning breakfast was pancake, egg and fruit with tea or coffee. I was supposed to go on another tour this day but I never ended up leaving the island because the tour I was supposed to do on Day #2, I did on Day #1. This is one of the main reasons I gave it a 4/5 experience is lack of organization and communication. It was not a huge deal to miss out on the last tour but you don’t really get your fully value when you miss out on the opportunity to see other islands. I had a chill 2nd day; read, swam and laid in the hammock but I only got to see 3 out of 5 islands on my itinerary. I think there are several companies booking through one family on the island so itineraries get mixed up and I feel like no one really has the full plan in detail laid out. This is another confusing thing is that communication is not the best or clear to let you know when the tours and meals are, etc (I later saw meal times posted on the wall which were accurate). If you are fluent in Spanish you might be ok to discuss the agenda but even then it may be unclear! It’s hard to relax when you’re not so sure if you are leaving soon for a tour. My best advice is just relax and enjoy the island-that’s what you’re there for! It’s small enough that if it is time for you to leave on a tour, then someone can find you easily. Aside from that mix up of missing a tour, I have to say that the family on Yanis Island take very good care of their land. They are always working throughout the day in the kitchen, welcoming new guests or day trip visitors plus raking, cleaning, etc. I never saw any garbage-it was very clean. The showers were nice outdoor showers and the bathrooms were kept clean as well! Other notes: There were no bugs or mosquitos when I was there and definitely take sunscreen/hat because shade is minimal especially during day tours. As a solo traveller I was very happy with 1 night and 2 days. On the 2nd day I left at 3:00 so it felt like 2 fulls days and I was ready to leave by then/satisfied with my visit. Doing Sanblas Islands in just a day trip for myself would be way too much travelling for very little time spent to experience the beauty of the islands. My experience with Sea San Blas overall was quire good and I would recommend staying on Isla Yanis. The islands are definitely beautiful and worth visiting-they are a little piece of heaven!

Plan accordingly - The pickup was early, which was good. We spent about 5 hours island hopping. The other 8/9 hours were spent getting from one place to another, plus driver breaks. Prepare accordingly. Bring towels, snacks, and your own snorkel gear (they provide gear, but didn't keep track of who used which mouthpieces). The islands are gorgeous and the lunch was tasty. This tour is not for folks who get sea sick (the boat ride was rough) or need 2 star or better bathroom options. There were a few families with young children who seemed to enjoy the beach.
