Unforgettable trip with the Embera tribe - An experience not to be missed. We spent an extraordinary day with Orlando. He introduced us to beautiful places and introduced us to the Embera tribe. They are all really adorable and very welcoming (we even have trouble leaving them). The places are sublime, the meal is delicious and the dances amazing... I highly recommend. A big THANK YOU to Orlando for making us spend such a magical moment. Despite the fact that we do not treat bilingual or very little he did everything to help us understand. He really takes care of his customers. You can go with your eyes closed.

Amazing and Educational! - I’m always hesitant to go to indigenous tourist attractions because there’s this connotation that the people there don’t actually get any of the money or are doing it because they have to. And of course to some degree they still do, but it was nice to know that the money that you pay to see everybody goes to the tribe. Everyone is so welcoming and kind and they are so passionate about their community and their culture. Not only are they warm and welcoming, but they also provide so much information about not only their tribe, but the other six tribes across Panama. Our tour guide Orlando was amazing! I didn’t have on the right shoes and he kept holding my hand and walking me through the path to get to the waterfall and to get back to the boat. He is also very excited and also very passionate about the community. We went in a group of 17 people for my aunt’s birthday and we all had an amazing experience! Sidenote: definitely bring water shoes! Some of the rocks are slippery and regular sneakers will just get soaked in water. Oh, and the food is delicious!

Awesome guided tours - Orlando was the most amazing tour guide. He was very punctual and greeted our family like we were old friends. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Panama and gave us awesome little tidbits on the life and culture in the country. We even learnt some Panamanian greetings (Que sopa) that we used throughout our stay. From the stop at the fruit vendor to the greetings by the villagers and their children, it is clear that he is well loved all over. Added benefit, his English is exceptional so that's an asset to persons on the tour who are not fluent in Spanish. He readily answered any questions we had and suggested places to visit and eat that made our entire stay in Panama all the more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and will remain in contact.

Embera Village and Chagres waterfall experience - It was truly amazing. I would definitely do this tour again Our tour guide, Orlando, was the best 👌 He was well versed in the language of the native tribe. Bell boa is how you say thank you in the embera that'stheonlywordi can rememberas i had to say it so many times. The scenery was breathtaken and just what we needed to get away from the Hustle and bustle of city life.

Amazing Tour and Guide - Went on a solo birthday trip to Panama where I went on the Panama Embera and waterfall tour. Would I recommend this tour, absolutely! It was amazing! The hike in the rain forest was a little challenging for non hikers but the water fall at the end made it worth every minute of struggle. Orlando our guide was awesome. He was informative and engaging. I enjoyed the indigenous visit, the history and the fresh food!! Yummy! I recommend this tour with Orlando it was well worth it.

A perfect day - It was an exzellent day, boat tour in Rio Chagres with the dschungle aside, beautiful views and warm welcome in the Embera village. For waterfall trail bring good shoes which can get wet (wet slippery underground, you have to go through the water of little river several times).

Amazing experience - We spent a great time. We had a SUPER guide : Orlando. I provided a great service and he take care of his clients. The journey is really interesting and so exciting. We got an amazing experience with the meet of this Indian People and their community. Before to arrive in their village, you take a short hike, very accessible, passing through the water at times to reach a beautiful waterfall to swim in. There is also a very nice canoe trip (motorized) of one hour in total (round trip).

WoW - The Panama Embera tour is exciting and intriguing, with getting to meet some of the indigenous people of panama while navigating the beautiful rainforest, brings out the adventurous spirit within me. Then we ended the tour with a celebration with said indigenous people which left a great feeling of appreciation of different cultures.
