• Panama City - Upon picking up customers, it takes 1 hour to reach a sourcing market to purchase fruit for lunch.
• Mercado de Abastos - A stop will be made at a local market to buy fruit for lunch.
• Chagres National Park - Upon arrival at the Chagres River, there is a 30-minute sail in an indigenous canoe to a waterfall, where a 30-minute swim can be enjoyed. Following this, a 15-minute sail leads to the indigenous community.

As the journey progresses up the river, there is an incredible view of the rainforest’s flora and fauna.

At the tour’s conclusion, there is an opportunity to swim in the Chagres River’s spring.
