Great Tour - This was the best tour you can take if you are a first-timer in Panam City, we saw so much. The tour guide (Jasmine), was friendly, informative and fun. Sometimes tour guides can be boring, but not her. The whole tour was full of great information and history of Panam. We learned a lot about the Country and the City. The lunch that was included was really nice and generous servings. There was an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was great and attentive. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Panama City.

Incredible tour the best of Panama in 5 hours - Anna our guide was helpful and informative. She understood our needs and had such in-depth knowledge of the canal and old city. Highly recommended! Great fun and amazing value. This is a must for anyone with only half a day to spare in Panama City. Absolutely enjoyable.

Wonderful tour - It was a half day tour and we saw so much of the beautiful city. We were lucky to be directed to the fourth floor as we arrived at the Canal and were able to see two ships pass through the canal. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful way to see the city!

Knowledable and fun! - Juan was truly a great guide. He arrived on time and knew the best spots for photos and avoiding lines. Be ready to do some waking but it was worth it! Being that it was a holiday a lot less people. It rained for a whole 5 mins! I recommend this tour.

Great tour around the city - This tour was a great choice. I got to see everything I wanted to see. Pickup was about 15 minutes late from the time they told me, but it was ok in the end. The guide Elmer was great, and since I was the only person on the tour who spoke English, he made sure to translate everything for me when he was speaking. He did a great job of explaining all the sites in the city, and really seemed to care and enjoy his job. The tour itself was pretty expensive, but it seems on par with most of the other similar tours that do the same thing.

The tour guide and driver forgive me if I state their names incorrectly did an incredible job. Thomas, our tour guide, was pleasant and informative who in my opinion went above his duties giving us an educational and delightful day. Our driver, Eduardo, made the full day tour ride very comfortable on that hot summer day in December. The stops canal, museum, and shops and citys tours and sceneries old, colonial, new were amazing and fascinating. Even the lunch, as simple as it was, was surprisingly enjoying. Our tour guide Juan was very... - <p>Our tour guide Juan was very knowledgeable and personable. He put together an efficient tour of the Canal, Casco Viejo and other sights. We spent about 4 hours with him and enjoyed it. Good way to see the city highlights.</p>

The tour guide was very good and... - <p>The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable however I booked a whole day tour for 174 half day was 104 and as there was only 3 of us on the tour, the other two went back to their hotel and I went to lunch with the guide. Lunch was good however immediately after lunch I was driven back to hotel to end the tour. I basically paid 70 for lunch expecting a continuation of tour afterwords. Take half day and go for your own lunch. I have reached out to Viator and will update if/ when they respond. I do love using this company though.</p>

Last moment cancalation by GRAY LINE PANAMA - The tour was reserved for 4 person for 12 FEBRUARY (Viatour reservation BR 770806644 confirmation and prepaid),AT 11 FEBRUARY 1800 we saw a message that they cancelled the tour( or at least our participation)..The 12 Feb was our only option for this tour in Panama and we had to organize last moment expensive alternative. letter to Viatour from 20 February with demand for compensation was not answered So be careful Shmuel and Batia Gliezner , Yuri and Polina Poliak
