Enjoy the stunning nature and scenery as you embark on a moderate 20-minute hike through the jungle to a pristine waterfall, perfect for a refreshing swim in the heart of the rainforest. Afterward, return to the canoes and proceed to the Emberá community village. You will be warmly welcomed with traditional music and treated to an authentic lunch of fried fish, plantains, and fruit.
