Panama Canal partial tour - It was very fascinating to see the wonders of the workings of the locks! It would have been so nice to take the tour to the Caribbean Sea!

Once in a lifetime experience - I highly recommend this tour to really experience the marvel of the Panamá Canal up close and personal. For persons who are fascinated by the Panama Canal, this is the only way to see it properly. The top deck to the front of the boat is an open top area and great views of your entrance and exit to the canal. The service was excellent throughout. The checkin process was smooth, mealtimes were coordinated orderly and the coach ride back was comfortable. We left from base on time and arrived back on time. 6 hours seems like a long time but it flys by so quickly, we actually wanted to stay onboard longer. The staff was great. Our tour guide was so fun, the time flew by. He was also very knowledgeable and explained so much details and history about the canal. The kitchen staff was very pleasant and wasn’t shy with the food, it was great! I enjoyed every bite of it. I highly recommend this your

Don't Miss This Experience!!! - This tour was fabulous. Going through the locks is a way better way to experience the canal than watching it from the Visitor's Center. Our tour guide did an exceptional job narrating what was happening at all times. He made it a very fun experience. Breakfast was quite good and lunch was not only a surprise, but fantastic. This is a "don't miss" experience. I highly recommend.

A fascinating journey - The best part is see how the Ships enter into each space to rise the level of water to pass the mount.

Great experience - Tour was well organized and extremely informative. Archie, the tour guide, was excellent. All staff on the boat were courteous and polite. Tour started and ended as described. Boat was nice with plenty of sitting. Received both a hot breakfast and chicken salad lunch. Was not expecting two meals. Definitely worth the price!

Passing through the Canal Locks - We wanted a canal tour that took us through the locks instead of observing from land. We asked around and did online research. Our hotel staff referred us to PanAmazing, as did another source we asked. We used WhatsApp to correspond and arrange payment. We learned that our hotel pick-up time would be 5:30 am, so we knew to get to see relatively early in Friday night. Victor met us outside hotel, ad arranged, and made sure we had our color-coded wristbands. He later met us by the ticket area for the return trip to our hotel. Victor was very nice and his van is quite comfortable. The cruise itself was extremely informative and pleasant. Breakfast and lunch were served buffet -style in a very organized manner. The multilingual tour "emcee" was wonderful with details galore plus opportunities for 1:1 engagement. After going through 3 sets of locks over the course of several hours, we arrived at transfer point. There, we transitioned from boat to bus, which gave interesting views of the canal zone buildings, some still being used and others abandoned. The fellow passengers and staff were very nice and conversational. We returned to hotel before 2 pm and we're able to relax before going out for dinner.

A Piece of History and Commerce Not to Be Missed - This is a not-to-miss experience due to the historical and economic significance of the Panama Canal. The actual ride through the canal is a bit boring once you have entered the locks, but the approach to the locks and the opening and closing of the locks is very impressive -- as is the water rapidly raising the boat. After that, it becomes simply a long wait to the end of the ride. We wished we had brought cards to play as a family to pass the time -- but luckily another tourist lent us a pack. We also really enjoyed seeing the other boats in the water around the entry and exit points of our trip, as well as the mechanics of the mules and tugboats involved in the transit process. We were fortunate enough to have a detail tour of the canal area and visit the Visitors Center the day before the transit. That was where we learned all our facts. It is virtually impossible to hear the narration of the boat ride if you are outside on the front deck of the boat (which is the most exciting spot to view the ride). If you spend the ride inside the cabin area, hearing the narration should not be a problem. Our driver who picked us up at the hotel and got us to and from the dock was super professional, and our company had priority during the disembarking process at the end of the transit. We were served food buffet style, and it was ok. You aren't there for the food for sure.
