At this point you will be inside the Panama Canal passing beside the ships in transit from one ocean to the other. During this boat tour in Gatun Lake you will be surrounded by the rainforest of the Soberania National Park, where we will spot monkeys and other wild animals.

A Memorable Experience!! - First of all, our tour guide Fernando was very punctual when picking us up and professional on our tour. We started our journey on a boat ride on Gatun Lake. While touring Monkey Island on the lake we saw a sloth hanging on a tree eating away, Iguanas, Howler monkeys, and the show stopping white-faced capuchins. The white-faced capuchins stole the show by eating grapes and nuts from the palms of our hands. They were really cute and friendly and loved the spotlight. In closing, the entire tour was a very memorable, fun, and safe experience. You will not be disappointed!

The wonders of the Panama canal and lake Gatun - Dan, our guide, is kind, thoughtful, and really knows about the canal! We enjoyed his commentary and conversation about the canal and the process of navigating the canal. He answered all our questions and we ask a lot of questions! He noticed my interest in plants and made sure I got a good view of them. He also gave us helpful ideas about things to do and places to eat. He really knows his stuff and shares his knowledge in a fun and friendly way.

Great tour with Dan! - Had an amazing trip with our guide Dan Taylor. He was super friendly and informative and gave us a really nice tour of the canal and we saw monkeys and a sloth and was overall a really nice tour thanks to Dan!

Great 6 hours - See the visitor center the canal and the rainforest on one tour We did a private tour for the 4 of us and it was a fantastic experience. Luis is an excellent guide

Great private tour of the Panama Canal and Monkey Island - We essentially had a private tour for the 3 of us. We were picked up at our hotel Louis at 1pm and due to rain Luis took us to the Canal first and Monkey Island(s) second. It was a great afternoon and Luis was a great guide. He spent extra time with us at the canal explaining things to us after we saw the Imax movie and watched several boats go through the locks. Visiting monkey island in the afternoon can mean the monkeys are full from already having so many visitors, but we got to see 3 kinds of monkeys and even had them eat bananas of our hands.
