Great afternoon with chauffeur service included - Rick and his driver were great. We had little time, so we snacked in the car on almonds and toured the Canal, the Causeway, and Old Town. Rides from the airport and to our hotel were so appreciated.

Everything was perfectly timed - Just a great experience always wanted to see it and with a guide that knows what todo and when to be there you get the best of it. The city tour took me to places I would never have thought Togo see or do so very glade this is part of this tour

Amazing - Our group was over 100 persons and Rick and his team were so professional with amazing personalities and very knowledgeable !! Our transportation was nice and very accommodating! I would recommend this tour to anyone!!

Great Personalized Tour - Our guide Alfredo met us promptly on time at our hotel. He was a fantastic host during our tour. He was very knowledgeable having been a lifelong resident of Panama City. We saw the new city, the old city and we were able to visit some very sentimental locations. My wife’s father was stationed in Panama during World War II and we have photos of him during this timeframe. Alfredo was able to bring us to these locations which was an emotional moment for my wife. We also loved our visit to the Panama Canal.

Stash was a knowledgeable... - Stash was a knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately his recommendation to start the tour at 1pm put us into rush hour traffic which caused us to miss 1/2 of what we wanted to see. We spent about 1.5 hours at the canal and the rest in the car.

75% meh, 25% yeah! - Enjoyed the stop at the Queens house and the stop at the souvenir store. The highlight was the Miraflors visitor center and the IMAX movie on the Panama Canal.
The drawback to this particular tour was the fact that the vehicle was too small for four adults to comfortably enjoy the sightseeing. It was a smaller sized suv with three of us cramped together in the back seat. The tour guide was nice enough but could have done a bit more narration/history during the ride without us prompting with questions. He was great at always being with us during the stops, we never had to hunt him down which was a huge plus.

CAREFUL, SCAM!!! - SCAM!!! Be careful with this tour guide, it's a scam! We were waiting for them at the hotel lobby, already 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver did not show up. We contacted them via the app, no response. The receptionist called them 3 times, no answer at all. They just ghosted and scammed us.
I contacted customer service for a refund. They told me the tour guide denied the full refund and said he was there waiting, the receptionist “told him we were gone to our room and didn't return their calls”. This is not true, they made up a fake story to avoid giving us our money back!!! We waited patiently for more than an hour trying to contact them!
I know it's a scam and I won't get my money back, I just want to avoid other people being scammed so please stay away from these tour guides!

Didn’t get to see the canal, which was the only reason we went to Panamá - The tour operator didn’t show up. For some reason I only got a 50% refund which isn’t acceptable. I did not cancel this tour, the operator didn’t show up. Why should I be out of pocket for something that went wrong ( not on my part). I had received confirmation the day before that we would be collected on the Sunday at 1 from the hotel, but no one showed up. Very poor
