After taking in the breathtaking views, the group will descend Ancon Hill and prepare for the second hike of the morning at the famous Metropolitan Park. But first, there will be a stop for coffee and local empanadas.
- Metropolitan National Park - The Metropolitan Natural Park is one of the rainforest jewels of Panama, nestled between the former canal zone and the metropolitan area of the city. It is known as the Lung of the capital city. After a well-earned coffee break, the group will have the energy for the second hike, which covers a total distance of 1.8 miles. During this part of the tour, expert guides will immerse participants in the natural history of the rainforest in the Panama Canal area. With the help of a telescope, the group will get up close to the various animals found in this amazing park. At the top, there will be more breathtaking views of the city and the iconic combination of nature and modern skyscrapers.
