Enjoyable trip - Marriott is very good guider, he told us a lot about Panama and the canal. We learned a lot about Panama, and the canal, liked it very much. His job is well done.

Great overview of few... - Great overview of few Panama City highlights: historical village, Miraflores locks, Amador causeway and Casco Viejo, which we swapped for longer trip to Amador. Very personable and knowledgeable guide made this tour a pleasure. Great lunch at the tip of Amador Causeway close to the brand new cruise terminal. Highly recommended tour as an introduction to the city.

Panama Canal and Old City (Casco Viejo) plus the Amador Causeway - Francisco is courteous, knowledgeable, and speaks very good English. He answered our historical questions in both Casco Viejo and at the Canal site. He was helpful and a great guide. We really enjoyed the tour, so we booked another one!

Great Tour Guide - My tour guide was great, she arrived early. She knew a lot about the history of Panama. She really helped in capturing memories while there by taking lots of pictures. It was an overall great experience.

Amazing Panama City & Canal Tour - Our trip was amazing! Ivan was a superb guide, he is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and he made sure our trip was comfortable and very enjoyable. He went the extra mile and made us feel valued and spoiled. He is a very good and safe driver with a lot of knowledge about the area and the route. Group Panama tour - I am a bit dissapointed, it was supposed to be the city and panama canal tour. 1 day before the tour, the company whats app me and told me that to do the canal tour there was an additional fee. My group decided not to pay the additional fee, so we didn't get a proper canal tour. But the guide did a great job on the city tour

On Jan. 31 my group of six and I booked a tour with your agency through Viator. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the pickup was delayed by half an hour, which was not only inconvenient but also caused unnecessary stress. Furthermore, it became apparent that there was a miscommunication between your agency and Viator regarding the tour details. According to our contract, we were expecting a specialized guide. However, the guide provided did not have an itinerary and seemed to be acting solely as a driver. His attitude was unprofessional, and communication was difficult due to his limited English proficiency. During the tour, we visited the old town in Panama City and stopped at a church. However, the guide disappeared for 20-30 minutes, leaving us waiting in the sweltering heat of 88 degrees. We had to contact your office to request that they call the guide to return to the group. Moreover, we were expecting to visit the causeway as part of the tour, but the guide refused to take us there, claiming it was not included in the itinerary. However, we had confirmation from Viator that the causeway was indeed part of the tour. We were willing to pay for the admission, but the guide refused to accommodate our request. As the leader of my group, I was embarrassed by the poor service provided by your agency. This tour was the highlight of our vacation, and it was disappointing to have it marred by such issues. I hope that you will take our complaints seriously and take necessary steps to improve your services. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. I am requesting a full REFUND of this tour.
