Meeting Instructions:

• For passengers flying with COPA, Air France, or KLM: A driver will be waiting outside customs at Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name. If you are traveling without luggage and exit through Terminal 1, please walk to Terminal 2 or notify us via WhatsApp so the driver can meet you there.
• For other airlines: A driver will be waiting outside customs at Terminal 1, holding a sign with your name.

If you cannot locate the driver, please contact us via WhatsApp. The airport offers 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi.

Drivers are not permitted to make stops between point A and point B during the transfer.

Your driver will monitor your flight online to ensure your car is ready upon arrival. There are no additional fees if your flight is delayed. This transfer accommodates up to 5 people per vehicle.

Transfers to Old Town, Causeway Amador, and the old Panama Canal Zone are excluded.

Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Excess baggage fees may apply.
