Excellent service - I want to thank the services I have received today from this company, I was picked up from the airport to the hotel, then from the hotel to another tour where the friendliness of the driver was key to make our trip pleasant, at our request he suggested places to visit and had no compunction in making additional stops and waiting for us. I highly recommend Panamaroutes, it certainly has the standards for quality care.

Relax and enjoy the ride. - The service was good. Jennifer was there with the sign with my name when we got out the airport. She communicated with us via text while in transport, so everything went smoothly when we landed. I did not feel rush since it was a shuttle bus/van, but we were privately transported to the hotel which was 2 hours away. However, there was a little miscommunication on our return flight. No one contacted is when the pick time was. We had to contact them to get the information. It worked out fine however.
