Setting Sail on Lake Gatun

As a seasoned surfer, I’ve spent countless hours riding the waves and exploring the coastal wonders of Central America. But this time, I decided to trade my surfboard for a boat and embark on a different kind of adventure in Panama. At the sanctuary, I was captivated by the slow, deliberate movements of the sloths. These gentle creatures exuded a sense of calm that was contagious, and I found myself mesmerized by their tranquil presence. As if the day couldn’t get any better, fate had one more surprise in store. On our way back to the city, we encountered a mother and baby sloth attempting to cross the road. With the help of a branch, we carefully guided them to safety, ensuring they reached the shelter of a nearby tree.
