Fun - Love this tour. The monkeys were so much fun and the tour guide was informative. I believe his name was Logan but can't really remember. Definitely would recommend this tour.

Phenomenal tour - Our tour guide, Logan was phenomenal. He went up and beyond to make our tour memorable, fun, and personal. He is the best tourist guide I have ever encounter. 5 stars customer service and 5 stars for the tour. It was small, private, fun, educational, and safe. Logan picked us up on time, was very communicative and attentive.

Fun and Informative - The Monkey Island Boat tour was very fun and interesting. Logan was super informative and made sure we had a chance to see and feed the monkeys. He was such a great tour guide. Logan is the best, he also showed us historical places and he flea markets on the way. Overall an amazing experience seeing the Panamá Canal and the wildlife.

Our Viator tour... - Our Viator tour experience with this tour was amazing. Our tour guide Arnulfo was so kind, very knowledgeable and provided us with a great experience. My kids were so happy and keep raving about how much fun they had. I will definitely return to this tour when I come back to Panama and I recommend booking you will not regret it.

Trip was cancelled... - Trip was cancelled shortly after the beginning due to terrible weather without reaching the destination and the goal of the trip. The Operator, despite repetitive questions from my side whether we should go on this weather, assured me that over the destination the weather is good. It was not and we had to turn back. Operator refused to refund the full travel fare.

Terrible Guide - I recently took a tour on Gatun Lake, which was wonderful, but I want to warn everyone about the guide who tried to increase the price during the trip. After being picked up, I discussed with the guide about adding a visit to the Panama Canal after our time on Gatun Lake. The guide agreed and told me it would be $20. However, when we reached the Panama Canal, the guide suddenly claimed that I misheard him, saying it was actually $30. I insisted that I heard correctly, then he changed his explanation, saying he needed to increase the price because he had to buy a ticket for himself as well. I ended up paying the $30, but later I noticed the price on his ticket—it was less than $2 for Panamanian residents. I argued with the guide again on the way back, but then he changed his story again, saying that I misheard him and that he originally said $30. He even said that I wasted his time. I was at a loss for words. Please note that here I’m NOT arguing it should be $20 or $30, I’m mainly angry and calling out about the guide’s terrible attitude. HE TREATED ME LIKE A JOKE. Well I appreciate the guide for showing me around Gatun Lake, but this doesn’t change the fact that he is a huge liar, he lacks the most basic integrity towards customers.
