- Lake Gatun - The tour starts with hotel pick up in Panama City followed by a transfer to the Gamboa Marina. Once there, you will go on a 15-minute boat ride on the Gatun lake until you observe 3 kinds of Monkeys in a wild.
Together with a guide, you will spend about 80 minutes observing the different species of monkeys. After the visit, you will go on a 15-minute boat ride back to the Gamboa Marina followed by a transfer back to your hotel.

Had a great time - Nice experience, the monkeys are so cute. We saw a lot of animals… iguanas, bats, a sloth and even two crocodiles, one small and a big one.

Informative tour from accommodating guide! - This tour was accommodating through and through. Driver was punctual and communicated thoroughly. The tour guide, Mario was very informative on the canal, wild life and culture of Panama on the way to the lake. He also provided peanuts for us to feed the monkeys and made sure we were satisfied with our photos. The tour wasn’t too long where it felt mundane or too short where it felt vague so I thought it was perfect. 10/10

Highly recommended - The tour was great. Highly recommended!! Our tour guide was the sweetest, so was the guy wo drove us on the boat. Both of them knew a lot of interesting facts about Panama City and nature. We saw monkeys/sloths/iguana/bats/crocodile. Loved every bit of it, worth the price :)

Exciting Adventure in Lake Gatun - Mario was awesome! Very humorous and knowledgeable about the wildlife in Lake Gatun. We got to see various monkeys, birds, sloths, and even a crocodile. Highly recommend this adventure.

Our tour guide, Daniel... - Our tour guide, Daniel was great and very informative! He provided us with food to attract the white face monkeys to the boat. Also he and our boat captain, Carlos were great with spotting other wildlife for us to see. We saw a sloth, alligator, bats, capybara, and a blue bird. The trip was great, informative, and the time spent on the trip was just the right amount. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Panama.

Beautiful Lake Gatun experience - This tour was so well worth it. Hotel pick up was easy and convenient which put it off to a great start. The tour guide Daniel was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once in the boat, the captain Carlos had an eagle eye to spot all the wildlife as Daniel told us details about all the animals and plants we saw. I would recommend this experience or any trip provided by Almira Tours.
