- Pamilacan Island - Pamilacan is one of the two small islands in front of Panglao’s shores. We like to visit it as it’s a small untouched paradise just a few kilometers away. When visiting Pamilacan we’ll have a great change to see dolphins along the way, snorkel with turtles in the coral gardens, walk around the island and meet it’s small community, visit the local school, and more.
We’ll also have a traditional Boholano lunch made by a local family who’ll host us while taking some time to relax and let the day’s experiences sink in. Pamilacan Island is best visited early in the morning to increase our chances to see the wildlife as well as escape the afternoon heat. Also, being the less frequented island around Alona Beach, we’ll enjoy a more private experience on this tropical island.
