Wham! Bam! What a trip!! - Absolutely wonderful! We got to see a lot of Cyprus, learn stories about the island we wouldn't otherwise find and it was so much fun! Our guide George Michael (I kid you not :-)) was fun but also shared so much of his knowledge of Cyprus with us! The stops along the trip were very well designed and the amount of driving not too tiring. I highly recommend to friends, couples and familiies with teenagers (wine tasting is included).

Best guide! - I have took jeep safari trips 3 times before, but the 4th time we were assigned the driver named George Michael, he was very positive throughout the trip. Best safari experience yet!

Fantastic full day sightseeing - Just back from a great day out with Demetris, Tiny and Vernon from Mantovani Tours. Very knowledgeable and friendly team that work well together. We visited a small village with local lace and silver items and some really tiny streets. Then a little off-road journey to have Cypriot coffee before visiting the waterfalls. Lunch was a delightfully light mezze style with wine and water before moving on to a wine tasting at Lambouri Winery. Our last stop of the day at Omodos was very relaxed, we had our own time to wander round. Superb place for photos. The back of a defender isn't too comfy if you are 6'4" and it's a long stretch back to Aiya Napa from Omodos

Interesting but not comfortable - Picked up from the hotel, went to a water dam, but not very spectacular since the water was low. All the cars joined there. We stayed in the back of a Land River Defender. It was very stretchy, not comfortable and with no AC. We had to constantly open and close the windows since high speed made the wind insupportable. Half of the day was driving so you can imagine how it was. The driver told interesting things, but we could not hear all. Also he gave us a lot of herbs from the road to touch and smell. The waterfall was interesting, but small, with a couple of meters of trail to walk to. We expected something a bit more. Lefkara was nice, but saw it only from the car. It'd have been nice to have a walk there. We stopped at a shop for a free drink and the opportunity to buy lace or silver with a 25% discount. We had a flat tire and they seem very unprepared, although a client fixed it fast. The lunch was good and diverse with free water and wine. The wine tasting was the best with 6 or 7 different drinks to taste, and also the opportunity to buy some from winery. Lofou village was very nice and special to walk around. I recommend this if you can endure the road

Sightseeing without action - It was a nice sightseeing tour. However, 90% of it was on paved roads. The small off-road stretches could also be driven in a normal car. I don't see the need for an off-road vehicle. As far as adventure goes, this was the most boring jeep safari I have ever done.

Horrible experience - This has the potential of being a great tour. We booked this tour through TUI and we asked the staff to confirm with the tour provider if there was airconditioning, which the provider confirmed. When we got picked up from our hotel in Protaras, to our surprise, the vehicle was an old Land Rover Defender with no AC and the driver kept on joking about how the car is fully air conditioned while gesturing manually rolling down a window. I need to add that it was the hottest day of the year at 43 degrees Celsius. The drivers didn’t have water to offer us, and it wasn’t until the third stop we were able to purchase water bottles. The drive to the first stop was nearly one hour and the drive back was 1.5 hours. There were 4 of us who went on this tour, and we were crammed in a car with 5 other people, and asked to swap at every stop so everyone gets to experience the drive. The seats were hard and even with all the windows open, we were still struggling as the air coming in was hot, and it felt like sitting in a never ending sauna. One of us got heat stroke as a result of this and was ill for 3 days. We spoke to TUI who contacted the provider about the claim that there was AC in the cars, and TUI staff were told that they must have misunderstood and refused to issue a refund. TUI staff was utterly kind and extremely sympathetic to the point that they refunded us the tour fees without us even asking for it. This tour should’ve been canceled based on health and safety concerns. Lastly, considering the drive to the destination and back is 2.5 hours (31% of total estimated tour time of 8 hours), standard buses should be used for transport.
