The day begins with a visit to the lookout of the Papallacta Lagoon where you can admire the beautiful landscape and feel the cold of the moor, then continuing towards the tourist complex: “Termas de Papallacta” Spa. First, we will make a short but pleasant walk along the path “La Isla” to learn a little more about the flora and fauna of the place to later have some free-time to relax in the magical hot springs of the spa. At this time, you could also have your own lunch break, and then continue a day of relaxation until you return to Quito.

Relaxing and Incredible! - We had a great trip! The car ride to Papallacta was informative and we learned so much about Ecuador! We got a chance to have a few photo stops as well! The experiences in Papallacta was soooo beautiful, and I’d highly recommend the private spa pools after trying both! Our guide was kind and flexible! The tour only had our little group, and the tour guide was great about adding in little pieces to the trip based on what we liked! My mom owns a chocolate company, and so he added a few little stops to some popular chocolate companies in Ecuador! He also made a stop on the way home for my partner to grab some of his favorite food in a town we were passing through!
Truly, this company wants you to have the best experience, and they put in maximum effort! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Relaxing no-hassle day trip - My cousins were looking to get to Papallacta, and Quito Tour Bus took us there swiftly, but with lots of interesting information and a great stop to view the volcano Antisana. The hot spring waters were great too, and the hike afterwards was leisurely and beautiful. Many thanks to our guide Irene and driver Ivan!

Excellent trip and guide - The experience was very restorative, our guide Irene kept us alert the entire way with countless topics that made the trip very enjoyable, making us feel confident. He was always aware of everything and that we were having a good evening. 100% recommended!!!

Sit back and relax! - We had the pleasure of going to the Aguas Termales de Papallacta. On our way we had an amazing tour guide. Mauro is amazingly smart! He knows so much about Ecuadorian food, traditions, floral and fauna, and folklore. We learned so much on our trajectory towards the thermal waters. Once we arrived we got to relax in the thermal pools. We even challenged ourselves and went into the cold pool. It was such a nice and relaxing day and got to learn a lot more about Ecuador! Definitely recommend booking and ask for Mauro. Thank you Mauro and Jaime (our driver) for a wonderful day!

Magus - you are incredible!!! - I enjoyed such a relaxing day with Magus! It was so amazing to connect with her while enjoying a nature walk, hot springs, lunch & drive through the gorgeous landscape. Magus was able to answer many of my curiosities & enlighten me on Ecuadorian culture. My life is truly changed forever & my heart will always be filled with joy when I remember my day of relaxation in Ecuador. Thank you for taking photos of me!

Perfect tour to relax and rejuvenate - This tour is perfect to relax and rejuvenate after all the hiking and activity of your other tours. We opted out of the optional hike in this tour and headed straight to the spa.
Our guide Irene was incredible! She was very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and made sure we were completely taken care of. Thank you for an incredible time!

Fun Day trip from Quito - We had a great day at Papallacta and the tour was really nice! I appreciated doing a short hike prior to going to the Hot Springs as it was neat to see the plants of the nature preserve as well as the river that runs into the springs. It made the hot springs all the more enjoyable. Our guide, Carlos, was knowledgeable, and provided great information. It also felt very relaxed; we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy the springs. It was a bit more crowded being on a Sunday, but overall it was a wonderful day and terrific experience!

Fun but crowded - Smooth ride there and the hot springs were beautiful. The hot springs themselves were more of a water park than a relaxing experience that seemed to be advertised. Honestly not sure it was worth the price. Entry fee was only a few dollars

Great place and guide, bad attendance over the phone - The guide and driver were great! Very friendly and know very well the place! Great relaxing place.
The girl that attends over the phone is not polite and friendly at all. She put a pick up time that has a 30min range, the bus still arrive late after the maximum and get nervous when you try to call. And the traffic in Quito is not that bad to justify a delay over 30min. Still this girl should take some classes of customer mindset and attendance.
