Fun walking tour. - The guide was knowledgeable and informative. He was flexible and pleasant. I learned a lot of information about the town that was interesting and worth spending a few hours walking around the area.

Educational - Christian was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable of the history of Tahiti and surrounding islands. He took us through Papeete and shared all the history of the island, including his grandmothers seamstress shop, the dress that she designed which is now popular for the culture. If you are interested in learning about the history and culture of Tahiti, this is a must.

Interesting and relevant - Really enjoyed hearing about tahiti from a local. It put what we saw into context. We felt the guide was thoughtful about moving around in the heat. Very nice guide.

Must do for a history overview! - Great tour! It was a little difficult finding the tourism office, but Christian waited for us to find it which we really appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history and city. We did this on the first day and I'm glad we did, because we got a good overview of the city. The tour lasted a little over 3 hours, but Christian dropped us off right at a lunch restaurant.

Excellent and Enlightening Tour of Papeete - Christian is an extremely knowledgable and friendly guide who provided an authentic and very worthwhile experience in Papeete. We learned a great deal about Papeete’s lost history and changes over the centuries. Christian also connected that history to modern life in Papeete via food, customs, local art, and his own city experience. We highly recommend Christian to learn about Papeete in addition to enjoying the rest of the beautiful islands!
