Kick off your day with a brief visit to the Big Rock, prior to delving into the depths of the Troodos Forest to marvel at the picturesque Tzelefos Bridge, an optional short forest walk is available here. Next, pause at a quaint ‘kafenion’ for an authentic taste of Cypriot coffee, then zip past a 20-meter tall waterfall for some Instagram-ready photos. Lunch at a local tavern awaits once you’ve worked up a hunger.
Post-lunch, proceed to the village of Omodos, nestled in the epicenter of Limassol’s wine-producing region. Explore a café or meander through the historic 17th-century Monastery of the Holy Cross. Wrapping up the day is a trip to Petra tou Romiou, popularly known as Aphrodite’s Rock, where you can opt for a swim or relax on the expansive beach.
