Perfect Day - A lovely day trip. Looking at other reviews, if you think you may get travel sick (as our children do) get yourself some sickness tablets from the local pharmacy and take an hour before the trip - it's certainly not the crews job to clean up after you! We went on a quiet day as only 20 people on the boat. We had a lovely lady called Cacey hosting who sang some tunes for us too which was lovely. Food was lovely, crew were helpful, friendly and we got to snorkel in two local spots. A perfect day, thank you.

A totally enjoyable day out! - We are a family of 4, and all of us enjoyed this trip. The staff were friendly, the views of the coast from the boat was good, and the commentry from the guide very helpful. We all enjoyed the opportunity to swim/snorkel, and there was enough equipment for everyone that wished to take part. The buffet was very tasty and there was plenty of food if you wanted extra food. We thought the entertainer who sang on the middle deck was excellent, and made it a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Would have been an amazing trip if sea hadn’t been so choppy - This would have been a fantastic day however the sea was rather choppy and a number of passengers were very unwell including myself and husband who have never been sea sick before. The boat its self is lovely and we were at the top of the boat if you are looking for shade there isn’t any up there. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for people (sick bags, sickness tablets, water, checking on every unwell person there) inside cabin was like a sick bay at one point but this was not the crews fault. The swim stops were beautiful and refreshing with someone watching at all times giving out life jackets, noodles etc. bonus that there was a little shower to wash the salt water off you so your skin didn’t dry. Didn’t really make full use of the all inclusive drinks as we were not well but that’s ok. The food looked absolutely delicious but again because of feeling ill we were unable to eat. All the crew were great but 2 especially good ( not sure of their names sorry) the younger guy who was carrying peoples food for them and keeping everyone well hydrated and the guy who saw you off the boat when swimming. I did find some people who were on the table in the shade quite rude they could see people had come down from the sun as they weren’t well and they would not move over an inch to give anyone a seat instead they sprawled out and just continued drinking and smoking sadly these days not everyone is kind or thoughtful. It wasn’t a case people wanted their seats permanently but just for 5 minutes whilst they cooled down and recovered from being sick and there was loads of room. Once we hit the last stop which was stunning the ride was very very smooth wish it had been like that all the way so we could have really enjoyed. When you reach latchi there is no time to get a drink in a taverna or have a walk around as buses are waiting perhaps an idea would be to give people an hour to relax on land before getting on the coach. There are photographers and they want you to go to the lower deck to see your pictures with the crossing being so bad you didn’t want to move unless you really had to good idea would have been to come round with I pad to show photos to purchase as we didn’t end up seeing ours which was a shame and would have purchased some. It really is a lovely day out but was spoilt by the crossing which was no one’s fault. Staff amazing, boat is lovely, food looked delicious and lots of it, drinks looked great but only managed water

Ok but not great - Was expecting a great day for the price however it was full of rude English people who pushed and barged past others to get one of the few sun beds. Clearly says adults only on beds on booking but over half where taken by children. Made me embarrassed to be English Food was great although lunch was served whilst travelling on a particularly rough part so myself and son didn’t eat as we had sea sickness (never had this before) may have been better to stop to enable to people to eat without food going everywhere in the wind Swim stops were great and kids loved the canoes. Staff were really friendly and helpful - couldn’t fault them Overall ok but wouldn’t do it again

Good but too far on the coach - Full day trip. Great time on the boat, excellent swim stops and food but un fortunately the coach trip there and back was just too long. We were supposed to the travelling there up the coast by boat but the sea was apparently too rough so we had over an hour there on a coach and similar ok return - we were advised this upon collection so no problem. Upon arrival at the boat the payment card machine wasn’t working so we had to stand about in the heat waiting. In the end we paid once we set off. We we’re on the boat around 40 mins before a girl (the host) came on to announce our plans for the day . Overall a nice day but the coach journey was too long and too many stops.

Really disappointing - I’d looked forward to this trip for the most part of the week and booked it through the TUI rep at our hotel. Unfortunately it was so incredibly rough and choppy 3 boat loads of passengers got off at coral bay. I have never been sea sick in my entire life and couldn’t stop being sick 40 minutes into the trip, other people were being unwell off the side of the boat and there were lots of children crying. The staff were incredible and helped us all and made us feel comfortable and it was not their fault at all. However, we spoke to our Jet2 rep and she told us that they weren’t booking any trips to the blue lagoon as it was too choppy.

horrible experience - Horrible experience, sea too rough for this excursion, so many sick people vomiting on the boat. No pleasure. The excursion should have been canceled. Money lost. Terribly disappointed

Terrible experience! - This cruise was terrible! The boat kept rocking and many people found themselves throwing up. They didn't even stop the boat while serving lunch, so people had trouble getting the food without falling down. The bathrooms smelled and looked so bad. It wad clear people were throwing up in there. The crew couldn't care less either. My son threw up and they were looking at me cleaning it up and never offered to help until I yelled at them. A total waste of money and time!!
