  This activity involves clay shooting with an over-under shotgun. Clay pigeon shooting is a sport where participants use shotguns to target flying objects, known as “clays.” These targets are usually disc-shaped and made from pitch and clay or similar materials, designed to break upon impact. The clays are launched into the air by a machine called a trap, mimicking the flight patterns of birds. It serves as both a competitive sport and a leisure activity. Shooters aim to hit the clays mid-air, which requires skill in timing, aiming, and firearm handling.

The sport includes several variations, such as:
• Skeet Shooting: Shooters move through a semicircle of stations, shooting at clays launched from two fixed points (a high and low trap) in consistent patterns.
• Trap Shooting: Targets are launched away from the shooter at different angles from a single trap, challenging accuracy and adaptability.
• Sporting Clays: This features a course with multiple stations, each providing unique target paths to simulate real hunting situations.
