INCREDIBLE! Professional company and a fantastic memory. - This was an INCREDIBLE experience and a bucket-list memory. This company was very professional and went above and beyond for us. We were staying out of the local area and when we contacted the company, they (Andres) arranged a private driver for us for an extra fee (which we were happy to pay to participate in this sea lion experience). We were so pleased with this excellent customer service.
Our tour guide, Rodrigo, was very professional. He was polite, well-spoken, and translated everything in both English and Spanish on the tour. He helped with taking photos, with wetsuits and in the water.
The captain was excellent and even took photos of all of us in the water which Rodrigo sent to anyone who wanted them.
Overall, this tour was well worth it and we recommend this company. They even included hot coffee for everyone at the meeting place. :-)

INCREDIBLE! Great tour company & bucket-list memories! - This was an INCREDIBLE experience! First, this tour company was TOP NOTCH. We were actually staying very far from the pick-up area and they arranged a private driver for an extra fee which was fantastic.
The tour guide, Rodrigo, on the boat was very professional. He was polite, he translated the entire boat tour in English and Spanish for everyone, and was very helpful with getting wetsuits out and in the water with the guests. The captain
was excellent- be prepared to go through some waves getting to the island. He even took some photos from his phone of everyone in the water and Rodrigo shared them out to the group.
Life jackets and wetsuits were included, as well as coffee at the meeting place.
Overall, we made a great memory and we definitely recommend this company and this tour!

Swimming with sealions - Was amazing. They offer pick up from airbnb. Swimming with the sealions was beyond amazing. They provide the wetsuits. The tour guide is informative and funny. Snack was provided after swimming.

Awesome half day tour and swim with sea lions! - Rodrigo and Ismael were amazing tour guides. Great trip overall! Recommend to everyone. So many sea lions. Would be good with kids too.

Perfectly as advertised. - This tour is the best deal - includes all the fees, and transfer to/from the hotel in Miraflores made it super convenient. Got to see all the various birds, Humboldt penguins, and of course, seeing, and hearing, the sea lions up close in their natural habitat was spectacular.

Surprisingly Fun - I am not a swimmer and I don't generally appreciate boats but this was worth it. An hour to the island was easy. No pressure to jump in the water. Quite a delight to watch all the action from the boat. A bit pricey but worth it. A truly unique experience.

Even us old guys loved it - We are a couple in our mid-70s and were a bit nervous about doing this. But we went anyway and it was terrific. Nice speedboat. We wore seasick fighting wristbands from an earlier cruise to be on the safe side. Not sure they were really needed but better safe and all that. Terrific close-ups with penguins, pelicans and, of course, the sea lions. We didn’t go in the water but the sea lions came right up to the boat. A fabulous experience. Highly recommended.

Great crew! - Excellent tour. Did the 3 hour one and that was perfect for us. Saw so many sea lions. Able to get super close and even pet them. Water was freezing though! Learned a lot about the islands from the crew. Also saw penguins and cool birds.
Definitely recommended!

Amazing expirience with Sea lions - We had great time at Palomino and expirenced swimming with sea lions in their natural habitant which I can recommend to all, you can touch them and take pictures while they swim around you. One of guides pictured us in sea with seals with go pro camera so we got great pictures for memories. Crew is very profesional and give us tips how to behave on every our step. First stop was panoramic drive around islands with bird colonies and some pinguines and crew introduce us with islands history and about animals living there. Boat comes very close to islands so you can take great photos of islands and animals. Last stop was sea lions colonies on Palomino where you get wet suite and life jacket (price included) so you can relax and swim with seals for about 20min. We were also provided by bottle of water and chips snack on board and driver took us from our hotel in city center and back, all included in price. Thank you guys for amazing expirience!

Terrible! Cancelled by operator and no refund given - Booking was cancelled last minute by the tour operator with no reason given and no refund received. Please can you help?
