The guides made it a safe and fun ride - Really enjoyed the camel ride with the tea after. The camels were well treated and they even had their babies with them which was super cute and great for a photo op. The guides were very lovely as well, the paradise valley visit was also amazing .

We had high expectations - Picked up from hotel on time. Our guide, Hassan was great - quite funny to be around and showed us around the area. Paradise valley is a 30 min walk but also not much to see there. The camel ride was nice with the camels all looking well looked after and was a good 1hour on the camel. Would recommend for the price

Paradise valley a disappointment but fun on a camel - This trip started out very badly in that we waited for our pick up at 8.30am and by 9.15 still no one. We spent the next half hour trying to get in contact with the agency which was a costly nightmare. Finally after getting through we were told there was a mistake and so they would pick us up at 2pm! We had been clearly then just put into the half day afternoon trip. The drive there was nice except for the half hour stop at the Arian oil shop where everyone was made to feel awkward because we had to be taken on a tour, handed tea and then shown all their products which no one wanted to buy. Paradise valley was eventually reached and was ok but nothing special, plastic chairs etc. Once was no doubt beautiful but a let down now. We were then rushed back for the sunset camel ride. Because we had missed the camel ride we were suppose to go on(saw the long group returning) , a little man called Mohammed took us on his 2 camels James and Atlas on our own for two hours of entertainment by sunset. Loved that bit. Mohammed was so sweet. We then went back to the place we’re the camels were kept and were given tea and biscuits. It was lovely, especially as just us. This really made up for the day and I have no doubt it probably wouldn’t be as good as a big group. I would recommend the camel trip, but wrap up as it’s cold. I would miss the paradise valley, though, not worth the trip.

Awful don’t waste money - Couldn’t do a zero star! Waste of money nothing good from start to finish. Late pick up meant to be 8.30 didn’t show up til 9.15. 20mins at the actual valley after 3hour journey of visiting drivers friends shops, feeling pressured to buy crap! journey should have been 1hr. Camel ride on waste land no river again finished at someone’s shop feeling pressured to buy things! Overall horrible experience do not waste money. No air con vehicle nothing nice at all. Such a shame the valley for the 20mins we did see it for was lovely if we wasn’t hassled by shopping longer time there would have been better. No English tour guide either luckily someone spoke French & English
