Choose This Activity with a Different Company - While the paratrike air tour itself was enjoyable, my experience with the company was extremely disappointing. They rescheduled due to weather (understandable), but then provided poor communication about pickup, with the driver contacting me very late and barely speaking English. Worse, despite their website advertising photos and videos as included, they denied taking any and blamed me for not asking. Trying to resolve this, they pushed a different activity and offered a meager $10 refund. This company is unprofessional and misleading. If you want to do a paratrike tour, I strongly suggest finding a different provider.
