Take the tour! You won't regret it! - Amazing tour! Very informative, and everyone got a seat on top (something I was initially concerned about). 10/10 Beautiful tour that I would recommend and do again!

Christmas Illumination Tour - I enjoyed my Christmas illumination tour so much, the tour takes us all pretty Christmas illumination spots. You don’t have to go walk around and no hassle. Duration of tour was about 2 hours, it starts around 8pm so finishing around 10 pm. Also it included Champagne flash at the famous landmark Eiffel Tower! If you are in Christmas time in Paris, would recommend. ( just be aware to wear a warm clothing)

Great Tour! Book Now! - I enjoyed the tour. It was cold up top but I liked how I had the option of sitting inside the bus. The Eiffel Tower at nighttime was so pretty.

Night time bus tour - The bus tour was good but the commentary which was pre recorded often didn't match with where we were at the time. The chocolates as we got on board was a nice touch. Would advise to wrap up warm and bring something to put on the seat as it's cold plastic.

Disorganized - It was ok for what it was. The boarding of the bus was very hectic and disorganized. The area of the address is very big, so we had no idea of where to wait. Once we found it, we were at the beginning of the line and we were told that our QR code from the Viator app was not valid and we had to go to the back of the line and to find the operator with the scanner since the front operator did not have one. Those at the front of the line did not know why he could not have started to scan at the beginning of the line. No one explained the process before hand.

Never again! - Chaotic, icy and stereotypical: many users waiting at the scheduled time and place for experts without keeping shifts and filling coaches as they arrived, without clear indications from guides, on a very cold night and visiting poorly lit monuments. It is not worth the 33 euros of the ticket.

Disorganised, dangerous and disappointed! - Arrived before the trip start time according to the instructions.No one was there organising the people. No queue or barriers to organise the crowd. People were pushing. When a bus turned up it became dangerous as I was pushed off the pavment into the road by the crowd surging towards the bus. The men organising it were shouting at each other. Getting on the bus was a big crush. Unhappy, totally disorganised, disappointed and unsafe. Also instead of giving out chocolates maybe have blankets as even coming prepared for the cold it was very chilly.

Don’t bother with this tour. - This tour was described as a tour of the Christmas lights around Paris. I think it was just the usual night tour. Most of the route was not decorated with lights or decorations. The organisation was very poor. Online tickets had to be converted to paper tickets at the starting point and people pushed and shoved to get on. Staff did nothing to alleviate this. The headphone connection was crackly and had to be held into the port to get any sound. All in all a terrible couple of hours. Very deceptive to present this as a special Christmas event.
