Great trip around the city of lights. - Great trip around town to see the city of lights. We were able to get off by the Eiffel Tower so we could stay there longer. Recommended.

Great tour! - The tour was the same as the daytime tour with the added bonus of the beautiful lights of the city. The lights around the city were beautiful, especially at the Eiffel Tower.

Paris at night - Decided this was a good way to get an initial feel for Paris and we were not disappointed. Took us to all of the top sites in a very enjoyable way.

Great lit sights, horrible boarding & lines - Great way to see Paris sights lit up but boarding process was disaster. Buses sat there and didn’t start loading till after 815 start time. Huge lines and only boarded 1 bus at a time with long waits. Everyone got to sit on top if desired and plenty of buses but you need to fix the process. Great tour otherwise. Appreciate stop for pics at Eiffel Tower.

You shouldn’t miss Paris, the City of Lights, at night. - Seeing Paris, the City of Lights, at night was a memorable experience. It really enhanced our daytime sightseeing. Paris is a totally different city at night. It comes alive in beautiful lights and color. I would highly recommend this nighttime excursion.

Booking default a problem - The bus tour was excellent. However the booking defaults to 2 adults which in my hurry to book at the last minute, I did not notice. So my booking was made under 24 hours before the tour. I could not get a refund, so paid double and that was unfair

Great but disorganized - The tour is great however very disorganized. Need to have someone there to greet guests. Couldn't tell which bus was for our tour and which was the regular hop on hop off bus.

Not worth it. - No WiFi. Most of the commentary is music; probably speaks to a lack of things in Paris to talk about more than the recording. The driver was amazing and stopped to let us get photos.

Don’t waste your money - It was terrible. The worst experience of a tour I have ever had. Staff that just didn’t care about customers. Boarding the bus was like lord of the flies. The driver had an accident with a van. He locked us in the bus on another occasion with no explanation or no communication.

TERRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!! - Very disorganized. We arrived 25 minutes before the tour was supposed to leave and started a makeshift line, as directed. When the workers showed up and started to open the doors to the bus it was mass chaos - everyone started to bottle neck and there was no methodology whatsoever. It became readily apparent that there would not be enough seats on the one bus so my husband asked one of the workers what was going to happen with the rest of us who would clearly not get on. The worker very rudely stated to “get back in line”. We then proceeded to wait off to the side so we could see what would transpire. When the first bus filled up, we then waited in front of the second bus. More madness ensured when the doors for the second bus opened. The driver/worker had no control or methodology again. We proceeded on to the bus, could not grab headphones, and found seats in the light rain upstairs. While on the tour itself, the driver hit a van! Fortunately, we used this as an opportunity to get off the ride from hell. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR TOUR TRAP to anyone at all.
