Perfect daytrip away from Paris - Highly recommended! We had a guided tour for about an hour in Brugge and then time to eat and shop and it was great for a day trip.

The bus driver and the... - The bus driver and the tour guys were amazing. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend it to everyone ended up staying. Rosso that night so this was a great day for us to get to Brussels and to see the beautiful BRUGES!! I highly recommended this trip

Great tour! - We selected the Spanish guide option and our guide was great! Very knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. The city itself is adorable and I would have loved to spend more time there. So glad we did this tour!

Excellent tour of charming historic City - Steve was a wonderful guide and we enjoyed his talk throughout the tour. He was also very informative and interesting. And we appreciated that he met us at Notre Dame and led us to the bus.

Wonderful Excursion - Bruges is super cute, and full of photo opportunities! My husband and I loved walking through the village. The canals and little bridges make it so picturesque! The traffic getting back can make for quite a long bus ride, but we just sat back and relaxed.

Disorganized Day Tour - Company who managed this trip was kind of messy. We were given an barcode to download an app to use as a guide in the city. But the bus wifi wasn't working. And in Belgium it was impossible to download the app. We should of gotten all these instructions a day before so we could have download the app ahead of time.

Well-organised tour - Our guide, Steve, was great! And the canal cruise was lovely and very professional.
There's just a lot of unproductive time on the tour - the bus ride to Bruges is 4 hours and back to Paris is the same. It would have been great to have used this time to get more information about the town or the country, either from the guide or in writing. I left feeling like I want to know more about the place.

Not sure if I would recommend this tour to my friends… - Bruges is very crowded and not as expected. Tour operator did made a great job!

Horrible, Very Dissapointed - Unfortunately this is the worst experience we ever had. Because we missed the meeting point in the morning they left us stranded in Bruges. We had to pay for a train and a bus on our own to get there and after several contacts with the company via email the customer service representatives never escalated our request to come back with the tour bus. We traveled with a minor and she was very affected. They told us that if we miss the starting point we were not entitled to come back with the bus. Eventhough the reservation never clarified that you can not take the tour half way. We paid $459.00 for our seats and they denied our right to come back in the bus. We received two emails with 5 minutes apart from each other telling us that not refund will be issued. Please don't trust these people, specially if you travel with children or someone disabled. They only care about your money.

Waste of time and money - The guide Zolton walked the group into the old city, walked us around for about 40 minutes and then left us on our own for the remainder of the tour. He gave us no map or any instructions on where to go or what to do. More importantly, there was this 20-something young woman accompanying him who spent the whole time flirting with him, swishing her hair at him and worse yet, smoking or vaping the entire first half of the 'tour'. The second half of the tour she clogged up our walking by being on her phone videoing herself not paying one iota of attention to members of the group who kept running into her. Zolton also smoked during this 'tour'. What a complete and utter waste of time and money.
