Excellent tour of charming historic City - Steve was a wonderful guide and we enjoyed his talk throughout the tour. He was also very informative and interesting. And we appreciated that he met us at Notre Dame and led us to the bus.

Nice trip! - We had a wonderful time in Bruges. Just wish the weather was better. Our two tour guides both speak very good English. The whole trip was smooth without incident. The river cruise was a nice experience. The captain was friendly and knowledgeable in history of Bruges.

Bruges a must in your bucket list - We waited for this day to come and we were not disappointed! Bruges is a beautiful city and you can easily fall in love with it. Our guide, my apologies that I forgot her name, was very knowledgeable and patient. The canal cruise was great despite the rain. The food at the restaurant we went to was fantastic.

Awesome one day trip - I loved the one day trip to Bruges. The guide was amazing. She really went in detail about the city and landmarks we were passing. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the fact the in the morning there was no kind telling us. Bout where the bus was. It is advertised as the bus will pick up everyone in front of the hotel but actually we were picked up on the side of the Pullman hotel. 3 of us almost mussed the bus. Luckily we went to look for it and we found it .

Not sure if I would recommend this tour to my friends… - Bruges is very crowded and not as expected. Tour operator did made a great job!

Fair experience - Very disappointed with the bus provided. For a 4 hour drive they did not provide a bus with outlets to charge your devices. This appeared to be a bus used to go around the city not for a far away destination. The two tour guides were lovely.

Waste of time and money - The guide Zolton walked the group into the old city, walked us around for about 40 minutes and then left us on our own for the remainder of the tour. He gave us no map or any instructions on where to go or what to do. More importantly, there was this 20-something young woman accompanying him who spent the whole time flirting with him, swishing her hair at him and worse yet, smoking or vaping the entire first half of the 'tour'. The second half of the tour she clogged up our walking by being on her phone videoing herself not paying one iota of attention to members of the group who kept running into her. Zolton also smoked during this 'tour'. What a complete and utter waste of time and money.
