Chablis wine tour - Fabulous wine tour from Paris to Chablis. I highly recommend for people who want to learn more about wine or more about the region.
Our tour guide was Augustine. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was a small casual group, and fun to taste all the wines.
This is great tour if you love wines (Chablis, Pinot noirs, and some sparkling crémant). I was a little hesitant to book a tour by myself, but I felt super safe and secure with this tour. It was also a little expensive, but well worth it! There are some amazing wines we got to taste!
I went during end of February; winter / off season. The photos show vineyard without leaves, but I still think the views are beautiful. There were no other customers, we had the winery to ourselves. The wine caves and underground storage area are a bit chilly, so I would recommend bringing a coat or extra clothing to stay warm. And the wine tastes spectacular.
Tip : dress for the weather (sun or rain). Also the end of the trip is approximately because they are trying to judge the traffic heading back into Paris. So maybe leave some flexibility at the end of journey.

Amazing day in French wine country! - I had the best time on this tour! It ended up being just me and my guide, Philippe, and he made it such an amazing experience. He was so informative and provided so many good details on the areas and the wines itself. The wineries we went to were incredible and such a treat. My favorite was definitely going in the 12th century caves. Phillipe even made sure to take me to a very special lunch to have a tasting menu of classic French dishes. 10/10 would recommend!

Chablis and Irancy - The first tasting was at Jean-Marc Brocard, and the winery was cute, and the staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. We had the opportunity to sample a great selection of whites. However, visiting in the winter felt a bit underwhelming. The vineyards were bare, and there was hardly anyone around, which made the atmosphere feel a little lifeless.
The highlight of the tour was definitely the second tasting room, which was set inside a cave dating back to the 12th century. It was an incredible experience to sip wine in such a historic and atmospheric setting. The dim lighting, cool stone walls, and rich history made it feel like we had stepped back in time. It was truly a unique and memorable part of the tour.
Our tour guide, Olivier, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the wines and the region. He shared fascinating insights about the winemaking process and the history of the estate. Later in the tour, he even recommended a fantastic restaurant Le Soufflot in the village of Irancy, which was a great way to continue our experience with local food and wine.
If you’re looking for a lively and immersive experience, I’d suggest planning your visit for a time when the vineyards are in full bloom and there’s more activity.
