• Abbaye Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers - 10:00 - 10:45 Self-guided tour of the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe d’Hautvillers. Founded in 665, the Abbey was active until the French Revolution in 1789. Dom Perignon developed winemaking techniques in the Champagne region. Today, the village hosts 26 local Champagne producers. A brief stop at a viewpoint offers stunning panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne River.

• Epernay - 12:30 - 14:00 Lunch break in Épernay. Reservations at a local restaurant can be arranged, or you may explore on your own. Known as the Champagne Capital of France, Épernay is located along the Marne River and surrounded by wine hills, hosting many of the region’s prestigious champagne houses. It is a must-visit for champagne enthusiasts. The Avenue of Champagne is a popular tourist attraction.
  14:00 Departure to the Pressoria Museum in Ay village, a 10-minute drive (4 km).
• Pressoria - 14:15 - 15:15 Self-guided visit to the Pressoria Museum. Discover the history of the Champagne region and the method of Champagne production, including a tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne.
  15:15 Departure to Paris, approximately a 2.5-hour drive depending on traffic (135 km).
