  Our first stop will bring us into the cellars of one of the greatest Champagne wineries. (Veuve Clicquot or Moet & Chandon or Mercier or Pommery or others).   Depending on the day of the week, we can go to a village market to meet local producers and artisans. The choice of the cellar will depend on availability.
