• Paris - 07:30 Pickup from your hotel. Depart for the Champagne region. The journey takes approximately 2 hours (140 km), with part of the route showcasing the scenic Champagne landscapes and vineyards. A stop at a rest area will be included.
• Moet et Chandon - 10:00 - 11:30 Arrival in Epernay. Enjoy a guided tour at Moet et Chandon “L’Imperial,” featuring a visit to the underground cellars and a tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne: Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial. Higher-level experiences by Moet et Chandon, such as “Signature,” “Autour du Grand Vintage,” and “Moet Collection,” can also be arranged. Moet et Chandon is the world’s largest Champagne producer, with a bottle opened every second.
• Hautvillers - 11:45 - 12:15 Visit the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe d’Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers), a former Benedictine monastery founded in 665 and active until the French Revolution in 1789. Dom Perignon developed winemaking methods in the Champagne region. Today, there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the viewpoint for the best panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river. 12:15 Depart for Epernay, a 10-minute journey.
• Epernay - 12:30 - 14:00 Lunch break in Épernay. A reservation at a good local restaurant can be made, or you can explore on your own. Épernay, known as the Champagne Capital of France, is located along the Marne river and surrounded by wine hills. It is home to many of the region’s most prestigious champagne houses and is a must-visit for champagne enthusiasts. The Avenue of Champagne is a popular attraction for tourists. 14:30 Depart for the Pressoria Museum in Ay village, a 10-minute drive (4 km).
• Champagne AYALA - 14:00 - 15:30 Experience the “Visit Prestige” at Champagne Ayala, with an English-guided tour including a tasting of 4 glasses of Champagne: Brut Majeur, Rosé Majeur, Brut Nature, and a cuvée millésimée. Explore the CAVES and learn about AYALA’s Champagne-making process. Walk to the roof for panoramic views of the region. 15:30 Depart for Paris, a 2 to 2.5-hour drive (144 km).
• Paris - 18:00 Return to Paris. Drop-off at your hotel.
