After the “10 Cheeses & 10 Wines” tasting, the two establishments take you on a 1.5-hour workshop to discover new, original flavors. From the tasting of a French sake, a peated whiskey, through a natural sparkling fruit, without forgetting the atypical “sour beer” as well as many other non-consensual alcohols, your palate will live an unusual experience. through our cheese and spirits pairings.
