Learned a lot. Very hands... - Learned a lot. Very hands on. The croissants at the end were amazing. Great location and fun group. Those were the good things. The instructor was very informative but very rude at times. Made rude remarks about how I needed a lot of practice when it was my first time making croissants. The woman next to me had nails that made indents in the dough by accident and he made her feel bad. He went way too fast with the instructions and when I asked him to show me it again, he acted very dismissive. Made me feel stupid for asking him to show me it again. I understand croissant making is a lengthy process and with only a three hour class you can only do so much, but the condescending remarks by the instructor were not necessary. In addition he called someone's mother her grandmother. The instructor should he spoken to about his attitude and how he treats his students. Very rude.
