Great Experience - Our family of two adults and five children had an overall excellent experience at Madame Brasserie. Dining inside the Eiffel Tower is already something special, but the stunning views over Paris made it absolutely unforgettable. The food was truly impressive, beautifully presented and delicious. The highlight for us was the veal, which was perfectly prepared and one of the best dishes we’ve had in Paris. The children also enjoyed their meals, and everything felt fresh and carefully crafted. Where the experience fell short, however, was in the service. While efficient, there was very little interaction with our table, and it felt impersonal compared to the high standard of the setting and cuisine. With such an incredible location and food, a warmer, more attentive service would have made the evening perfect. Even with that drawback, Madame Brasserie is a unique dining experience we’ll always remember, the combination of Parisian views and exceptional food makes it well worth a visit.

Dinner in the tower - The food was very good and plentiful. The service was incredible. Would highly recommend. View would have been better had we known to request in advance.

Dinner 1 floor madame brasserie tower eiffel - Dinner booked on 3/2/2026 h 21 We went up to the 1st floor and they made us wait 15 min because the table was not ready Inside view you could see the box offices 🤷🏾‍♂️ if I wanted a view of Paris I had to add 140€ each (already the dinner had cost me 389 for 3 people ) tav arrangement behind a counter I attach photos and under the table there were crumbs and dirty cutlery on the ground from the previous dinner Scarce food nothing fancy, 3 courses ...cold starter Definitely to be improved ⭐️⭐️not recommended

No value for a lot of money - Long waiting elevator Wine and champagne was good Waiter was very good Soup was cold Coliflower was ice cold and I was searching for my caviar Scalops were in a big roll, no taste Dessert was ok Thank you the Bread was ok! Look at the Seine, Lots of reflections in the window so not the amazing view i was hoping for. In my opinion to expensive, it doesn’t matched out expectations at all, i’m sorry but we are just beiing honest!

Perfect service, enchanting site, cuisine unworthy of Thierry MARX. - Majestic Eiffel Tower that shines brightly for these Christmas holidays! Service as attentive as it is considerate. All the staff, from the reception at the bottom of the elevator to the table service are professional and extremely kind. Kitchen signed Thierry MARX is mediocre! The chef who has regularly amazed us at the CORDEILLAN BAGES castle in PAUILLAC does not honor to associate his name with such a service! It's unworthy, it's misleading.

No ...... the price is not justified for a common menu - Very high ... pay 60 € to have a table with view and find yourself in the middle of the room without view. Very average meal. Tourist restaurant!

Good but not great - Easy access to a beautiful restaurant Food experience was not what we expected with cold food that was attractive and good but not great or worthy of the price paid. The wines were very nice. Service was good!!

Extremely disappointing is not worth a visit - Extremely disappointing experience Madam, sir, May I write to you following our recent visit to your establishment. The experience was particularly disappointing and does not correspond at all to the level expected in terms of the iconic place and the price of the menu (€206.80). Our table was reserved at 9:00 p.m. We arrived at 21:15 and yet had to leave the table at 23:00 sharp. This means that we only had 1h45 on site, which is extremely short for a gourmet dinner of this level. We were forced to leave even though we had ordered a bottle of wine at 10:30 p.m. in order to finish our meal quietly with cheese. It was not possible for us to enjoy it serenely. At no time was it made clear to us that the restaurant closed strictly at 23:00. We would have appreciated being informed in advance. We asked the following question: if we had come at 6:30 p.m., would we have had time for a quiet dinner until 11:00 p.m.? We were told that no, and that to stay longer you would have to pay a second reservation, so pay twice the menu price. This response has shocked us deeply and seems totally disproportionate to the amount already paid. Even more surprising, cups were placed on the table to pour the rest of the bottle since we could not take it. Such a practice is unacceptable in view of the standing claimed and the price charged. The dishes lacked inventiveness and the presentation remained very simple. The particularly fast pace of the service gave the impression of a fast food chain rather than a gastronomic moment in a renowned place. In addition, the reception and organization at the entrance, especially in terms of security to access the elevator of the Eiffel Tower, were very problematic: rude, arrogant personnel, lack of coordination and contradictory information. We lost precious time, especially since the weather was rainy with gusts of wind. Regarding the placement, having booked a table with Seine view for four people, we were installed at the last table in a corner. We were told that to be on the bay window you would have to choose “view window” and that this was not possible for four people — information very poorly explained when booking online. Eventually we were moved, and another couple was sitting at the window, which makes the explanation even more incomprehensible. We did not even have time to consume all the drinks included in the menu. Next month, some friends are coming to your house and we were planning to give them a bottle of champagne for their birthday. After this experience, we give it up, because we doubt that they can fully appreciate the moment. Given the price and prestige of the site, we expected an experience that matched the reputation of the place. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Horrible food, criminal price, run far from this junk experience! - Absolutely horrible experience and unethically overpriced!!!! $557 for dinner for literally one of the worst and coldest dinners for two?? Your company should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this junk package. We were on our honeymoon and had one night in Paris which was ruined. I will be leaving as many reviews as I can to let people know to run from this one. We want our money back. Oh also, we paid extra for a window seat but did not sit at a window. Completely unacceptable. The food on the Eurostar was 20x better than this disgusting cafeteria. Wine choices “red, pink, white” - in Paris??? For $557??? Shameful.
