Incredible Eiffel Tower and fantastic guide - I was unsure initially about whether we needed a guided tour and wasn’t going to get one, but I’m so glad we did in the end. Hafid at Paname was such a great guide and told us lots of interesting stuff about the Eiffel Tower and wider Paris. We were able to engage with the place so much more because of it. Hafid was considerate, humorous and very knowledgeable. I was grateful that he really looked after us and was mindful that we had a small child. I can’t recommended the tour enough. The Tower itself was just breathtaking and really exceeded my expectations in terms of the views it offered from the 2nd floor and the summit. It’s something else! The only downside was that there was quite a lot of queuing for the lifts, but it was worth it!

Wonderful - Great tour Wonderful views Including tension as the elevator stopped defectively. 300m is 1000 feet or so.

Nervous - Visit was initially cancelled, but offered another date. Accepted that new date, but no new booking. Was told to just arrive at meeting point. In the end it all worked out ok

Not great - This tour was not worth the cost. Finding the guide at the meeting place was difficult. The sign was not nearly large enough to notice, and there were not even many people there at the specified meeting time. If there had of been, I am not sure if we would have even seen the guide holding the small sign. We headed towards the tower and we could not see the guide once we got inside the tower. From one of the others on the tour, we heard that he had gone back - I believe to the meeting site - to find some people who were late. Sorry, not my issue. Show up on time or the tour will start without you. Simple as that. So we search for the guide, find him in about 20 minutes later in the crowd by ourselves, and continue the tour. Not sure how much time was actually missed due to his initial absence. It was frustrating. Not a good tour for the price.

Wouldn’t book again - Booked to go to the summit for £60 per person, there was 4 adults and 1 toddler. Met the guide and started queuing for our tickets to be told the top was closed due to it being too busy, even though we had booked this. We said we would go to second floor and get a refund for the top part. Getting a refund has been a nightmare, they are giving us £10 per person refund (£48 lol) even though it costs £22.5 to get to second floor and we paid £60 to go to top. Very unimpressed!
